USAID Senegal accepting concept papers to improve reading skills

e-mailAs part of the Development Grants Program round 4, USAID/Senegal is currently accepting concept papers from organizations working to improve the foundational reading skills of students in primary schools in Senegal. Concept papers are due in English or French on July 02, 2012. Projects up to a maximum value of US $2 million and a timeframe of up to four years will be considered.
